STAR Technical Support Supervisor
Going into my eighth year with Aclara. I manage the STAR Tech Support team working out of the Solon, Ohio office.
I’m a native Clevelander.
I’ve done an extensive amount of travel in support of multiple customer projects including DCU, MTU and SRFN issues and startups. While my travel has slowed down, my heart is still in support. I strive to provide an Easy, Effective and Enjoyable resolution for our Customer issues.
