Sr. Technical Support Engineer
Brian is a Sr. Technical Support Engineer at Aclara. He started in December of 2014 and primarily supports the TWACS product line. Brian helps customers troubleshoot a variety of issues ranging from problems using various pieces of the head-end software to malfunctioning equipment out at the substation. He also helps provide support by visiting customers on-site for brand new AMI system installations and training for existing customers that need a refresher course on specific topics. Brian graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with his BSEE.
