This session is an open-forum discussion about the future of consumer engagement (CE) where we’ll discuss emerging trends that are being observed with our utility partners, new or existing business problems that are being experienced by utilities serving their customers, and a general discussion about where you think you’ll be in the next several years as a utility serving your customers.
In the room, we will have several existing Aclara consumer engagement clients and we welcome all to join the conversation. Topics that will be discussed are call center tools, utility online/digital engagement, how data analytics can lead to customer/utility value, and more. Leading the session will be Aclara’s Product Manager for Consumer Engagement Solutions, Ryan Esch, who will moderate the discussion as we explore these various topics.
