Please make your AclaraConnect hotel room reservation using the link posted. Do not call hotels directly. Room blocks will close on April 23, 2018, make sure to get your reservation early.

Do I need to reserve a hotel room at the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina, or does that happen automatically when I register for AclaraConnect 2018?

How much does it cost to attend AclaraConnect 2018?

Regular price is $995 for main conference access but we offer discounted pricing for early registrations – if you are interested in attending, we recommend that you register as soon as possible.

Our early bird special is $795

Social tours can be added at the time of the registration. To learn more about out social tours click here.

What does the spouse or guest registration include?

The spouse/guest registration includes entry into all conference meals and entertainment, including:

  • AclaraConnect 2018 Opening Reception (Monday)
  • AclaraConnect 2018 USS Midway Dinner Event (Tuesday)
  • AclaraConnect 2018 Networking & Drinks Reception (Wednesday)

 

What method of payment do you accept?

AclaraConnect registration fees are payable by credit card only – American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. PayPal, purchase orders and company checks are not accepted payment methods. If you have any questions, please email: confregistration@aclara.com

You may pay for guest registration separate from your utility professional registration, using your personal credit card. If you have any questions or concerns, please email: confregistration@aclara.com 

 

What is the cancellation policy for AclaraConnect?

If you cancel by Friday, April 13, 2018, you will be refunded your registration fee, less a $100 cancellation processing fee. If you cancel after Friday, April 13, 2018, there will be no refund, due to non-refundable fees paid by Aclara after this date. We will allow a registered attendee to transfer registration to another employee at the same company. All cancellations must be made in writing via an email to confregistration@aclara.com.

Are attendee substitutions permitted at AclaraConnect?

We will allow a registered attendee to transfer his or her registration to another employee at the same company. All transfers must be made in writing via an email to confregistration@aclara.com

 

When I get to AclaraConnect 2018 in San Diego, where do I pick up my conference badge and materials?
